Often recognized for her leadership and integrity, Patricia Omorogbe has brought a high level of professionalism to the medical and mental health industry. She has demonstrated principled leadership, putting people before business, and is focusing her work as one of the state’s top Home Health advocates on protecting the people and communities of Illinois.
Patricia attended and graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana and Kennedy King College in Chicago, IL. R.N, BSN (Bachelors of Science in nursing). Her expertise and skills span over several years of health administration, community and mental health program development, and research. Patricia prides herself in helping communities by collaborating with different organizations for preventive health education and screening at the grass root level.
She is the administrator/CEO of A & Z Home Health Care, Inc. in Illinois, President of Midpoint Health Career Training Institute and Midpoint homecare, President/CEO of Dominion CILA homes, providing residential service to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in the state of Illinois, and Founder/CEO of Felpat Holdings LLC. While Patricia currently serves on the Governing Board of various healthcare organizations, she still finds time to maintain her involvement as a member of the Honor Society of Nursing (Sigma Theta Tau International). She is also a member of the board of directors of Association of Certified Home Health Agencies in Illinois, and a member of the National Association of Home Care and Hospice.
